Satalya is a private communications platform for established organisations that require a fast, intelligent AI dialer and a conventional dialer in one controlled environment. There is no public registration. Access is considered only after a written request.
The firm standard
Satalya is not a mass-market calling tool. It is designed for premium clients that already operate lawful sales, client service, collections, or professional outreach programmes and require a disciplined platform rather than an open network.
A high-speed, intelligent dialing layer that assists authorised operators with sequencing, pacing, and conversation support. The AI mode is an operational aid. It does not authorise any campaign that would be unlawful if performed manually.
A conventional dialer remains available for teams that need direct, supervised calling without automated conversation. The same lawful-use, consent, and supervision obligations apply to both modes.
Prospective clients submit a contact request. Satalya reviews the organisation and intended use, then emails an invitation only if access is approved. The Company may decline any request.
Legal businesses only. Satalya is offered solely for lawful commercial, professional, and institutional use. Fraud, phishing, impersonation, unauthorised access, financial crime, money laundering, and any other illegal activity are strictly prohibited. Misuse is the sole responsibility of the user.
Capabilities
The AI Dialer is engineered for premium teams that already possess a lawful calling programme and need faster, more consistent execution.
The conventional dialer gives operators a familiar, direct calling environment without removing the client’s duty to obtain consent and keep records.
Access policy
Satalya does not offer open registration. A prospective client may request consideration. If the request is accepted, Satalya sends onboarding instructions by email. If the request is refused, no account is created and no explanation is owed beyond what the Company elects to provide.
Identify your organisation, jurisdiction, and lawful intended use. Incomplete or anonymous requests may be discarded.
Satalya may request additional information, decline the request, or impose conditions before any invitation is issued.
Approved organisations receive access instructions by email. Credentials are confidential and may not be shared or resold.
Limitation of responsibility
Satalya provides software tools. It does not operate your campaigns, obtain consent for you, or supervise your staff. You remain fully responsible for every call, message, list, script, and instruction issued through your account. The Company may suspend or permanently terminate access where there is reasonable suspicion of unlawful use, and may refuse service to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Private correspondence
Use this form only if you represent a lawful business and intend to use Satalya in compliance with all applicable laws. Submission is a request, not an offer, not an account, and not a contract until Satalya issues written acceptance.
